Concrete Leveling and Raising

Palin Residence This concrete walkways is 30 years old and only had minor cracks. Due to the subgrade deterioration the slab had dropped 6 inches at the corner and 2" overall.

Three hours later, the corner came up 6" and the rest of the area as needed to level the walkway. A major improvement for less than $1000 and no mess or cure time.

Often times, as seen in the photos, the original concrete was only 2 inches thick and had 2-3 inches of voids underneath.

The high-content concrete that we pumped in was in the 2,000 psi strength. One year warranty!
