Constructuion plan and Drawing submitted to City to secure Permit . Installation of 18' x 22' over concrete patio.

   1. Sawcut 24" D holes in existing concrete patio/beam to install support columns.

   2. Construct as per City Code - support columns 24" D set in concrete.

   3. Structure properly secured to roof.

   4. Decking set level.

   5. Excavate vegetation around project area.

   6. Powerwash area.

Two and one half days to complete
