Jenkins Residence - Plano

The homeowner had complained about mold on the interior walls in her front room.

We conducted a water leak investigation and found that the mortar on the front brick fascia of the home was absorbing the rain water and had completely rotted out the wooden studs inside of the walls. In fact, the base of the wall could be moved by simply pushing on it.

We reconstructed the entire front wall including waterproofing, insulation, and new studs then we finished out the walls.

Finally, we re-pointed the front mortar joints then hung new gutters and downspouts.
