SNOODY RESIDENCE

The pool and patio had an old and faded coating, cracks, and old caulking.

The project was powerwashed with 5,000 p.s.i. water pressure, the caulking was removed, and a three step, three color, speckle coat decorative concrete caoting was applied. The area was sealed with a clear sealer that will resist oxidation, bird droppings, tree sap, etc. and will be easy to clean.

The expansion joints were filled with a self-leveling caulk that matched the color of the new coating.
